PROJECT

WebSPAN is a program that allows operators/merchants to interact with their play+ accounts. Objectstudio was tasked with redesigning and replacing a former desktop client with a web-based version of WebSPAN also while adding a few new features. WebSPAN allows operators to assist their customers with withdrawals, deposits, one can perform transaction research and can even pay a customer’s jackpot to their Play+ account, keeping even their gaming winnings entirely cashless. Furthermore, another benefit of this design is that it has enabled Sightline to be able to improve the WebSPAN product quickly when their customers desire more features.
