Golden Entertainment (NASDAQ: GDEN), is a Las Vegas-based casino, tavern and video gaming operator with over 60 locations nation wide.

PROJECT

Beyond the traditional challenges of operating several large casinos and restaurant chains., because the experience, offering and customer types differ between their casinos, tavern locations, and gaming grocery stores, they faced a challenge of catering to each of these offering and customer segments in an efficient and engaging way.

Golden Entertainment wanted a mobile - on both iOS and Android - and kiosk solution that tied together their retail customers (with features like menus, location finding, monthly specials, and brand loyalty) and their gaming customers (with features like personalized offer delivery and activation, player account review, interactive promotional games, hotel and event bookings, win/loss statements all driven by direct integration in to their respective loyalty systems).

Additionally, because their consumers engaged online with their brand, Golden wanted their customers to be able to view promotions, activate gaming offers, review their account status, and view current and previous win/loss statements, a request was made to deliver a member’s web portal.

The latest addition to this platform was incorporating an advanced media display system, which allows for scheduling with simple drag and drop navigation making the management experience a breeze. This addition was coupled with the promotional system added to the kiosks.
